Processing Times

Processing Times

When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be processed through one of the following methods:

  • Ready to Ship Processing; 

  • Custom Order Processing; or

  • Standard Processing. 

Processing times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances and will be communicated to the customer if a delay occurs. Periods of high-order processing, such as holidays and wedding season, may delay processing times. Please note that processing times do not include delivery times, weekends, and holidays. Delivery will take place after processing is complete. See "Shipping Policy" for delivery times.

Ready to Ship

Goods on our Site marked as "Ready To Ship" or "RTS" are already processed and ready to package for delivery. These goods will ship within 24-48 business hours from when the order is placed and paid for in full. If customization was added to a RTS good, additional processing times may be needed, please see Custom Order processing times for more information.

Custom Order

Goods on our Site marked as "Custom Order" or "Custom" require additional processing time for production. 

Production occurs in 4 phases.​​

  1. Design​

    • Customer will provide their requested design details in full at the time of ordering using the customization section on the Site for the item they are purchasing, or via email or contact form, if requesting a quote.​

    • Customers are required to provide us with complete and accurate customization information. This includes, but is not limited to, color(s), name(s) with correct spelling, size, font style, etc... We are not liable for the production/completion/delivery of goods with the wrong information as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information and not correcting it on the approval process. If this occurs, the customer will be billed again before a corrected good can be created.

  2. Mock up & approval

    • A digital mock up of your design will be sent to you for approval with up to 3 options to choose from. ​

    • Only two design adjustments are allowed free of charge, any extra changes will be billed and require payment before design work continues. This is why it is important to provide all information correctly from the beginning. Design is a time consuming process and we want to make sure we get it right the first time to begin production as soon as possible.

Ready to Ship Items

Processing Time: 1-2 business days

  • Procedure:

    1. Order Confirmation: Upon receiving the order, confirm payment and verify inventory.

    2. Packaging: Prepare items for shipment, ensuring quality checks are conducted.

    3. Shipping: Ship items within 1-2 business days, providing tracking information to the customer.

2. Standard Items

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days

  • Procedure:

    1. Order Confirmation: Confirm payment and verify inventory.

    2. Preparation: Gather and inspect items, ensuring they meet quality standards.

    3. Packaging: Package items securely.

    4. Shipping: Ship items within 3-5 business days, providing tracking information to the customer.

3. Custom Order Items

  • Processing Time: 2-4 weeks (varies based on complexity)

  • Procedure:

    1. Design Phase:

      • Initial Consultation: Discuss customer requirements and gather information.

      • Design Creation: Create a draft design based on customer input.

    2. Design Approval:

      • Send Draft: Provide the draft design to the customer for review.

      • Revisions: Allow for up to two rounds of revisions based on customer feedback.

      • Final Approval: Obtain written approval from the customer before proceeding.

    3. Securing Materials:

      • Material Sourcing: Identify and secure necessary materials based on approved design.

      • Lead Time: Inform the customer of any lead times for special materials.

    4. Production:

      • Manufacturing: Begin production once materials are secured.

      • Quality Check: Conduct quality checks during and after production.

      • Packaging: Package the finished custom order securely.

    5. Shipping: Ship the custom order within 2-4 weeks of final approval, providing tracking information to the customer.

Additional Notes

  • Business Hours: Processing times are calculated based on business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Holidays: Processing times may be extended during holidays; customers will be notified accordingly.

  • Customer Communication: Maintain open communication with customers throughout the process to ensure satisfaction.
