HOW YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED
Decals will ship in either an envelope, flat mailer, box, or shipping tube. This will depend on the size and quantity of the decals ordered.
Return Policy
All sales are final on custom orders. We are not responsible for damage during installation of, or incorrect installation by the customer. However, in the event of an installation error, please contact us right away, with pictures, and we will be happy to work something out. Detailed installation instructions are included with each order. It's VERY important that these instructions are followed for a trouble-free installation.
**We are not responsible for incorrect installation by the customer. We will not refund or replace a decal that has been damaged by the customer.**
Processing Times
Currently, our production time (the number of days it takes to make your decal) is typically 3-10 business days. The production period does not include weekends or holidays. *Processing times are separate from shipping times.* Ready to Ship (RTS) items will be processed within 1 business day.
