All sales final on custom orders. We are not responsible for damage incurred during installation of your custom graphic(s). However, in the event of an installation error or damaged item, please contact us right away and we will be happy to work something out. If your custom order arrives damaged due to shipping, please email photos of both the item and shipping container.
